77pub Terms & Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77pub platform at 77pub.vu and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all use of the platform, including sports betting, live casino, eBingo, online slots, and all other products and services offered by 77pub.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account or use the platform in any way. Continued use of 77pub after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one active account at 77pub. Multiple accounts are not permitted. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

77pub applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID to verify your identity and age. Account functionality, including withdrawals, may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials – including your password and OTP codes – confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 77pub platform are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• GCash (Philippine e-wallet)
• Maya (Philippine e-wallet)
• Philippine online banking and bank transfers

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods at 77pub under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful processing through the chosen payment channel. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. 77pub reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are paid out to the same account channel used during verification.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed during the transaction process. 77pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

When placing bets or playing games on the 77pub platform, the following general rules apply:

• Bets and game wagers are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's account or funding your account using someone else's payment method without their authorisation.
• Any form of money laundering, match fixing, or fraudulent activity.

77pub monitors accounts and platform activity. If prohibited conduct is identified, the relevant account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Funds associated with confirmed prohibited conduct may be permanently withheld. 77pub reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

77pub is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gaming and betting involve financial risk, and outcomes are never guaranteed.

Where an account is closed due to player breach, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found and a balance exists in your account, 77pub will process a withdrawal of eligible funds to your verified payment method after review.

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled normally before closure is finalised.

10. Limitation of Liability

77pub provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, delays, or interruptions at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 77pub's liability to any player is limited to the amount of the affected transaction. 77pub is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure
